Trevor Hansen's unwaivering dedication to his craft has placed him atop his own pro model with CWB and set him up to make a serious run in 2007. His laid back, welcoming personality personifies all that is good in this sport that we love so much. Trevor deserves every ounce of credit for putting himself in the sports spotlight- He has rarely taken the easy road but backed with a strong will to suceeed and solid character Trevor is poised to reap wakeboardings bounty for years to come... My favorite adopted little brother has truly come into his own and leads a progressive faction of riders doing things their way. Congrats Trev, here's to another stellar season.

What's your dream non wakeboard related trip? Who’s coming on it? A surf and fishing trip to the Mentawais. I have always wanted to visit that part of the world and I think that a boat trip with some fishing and surfing would be the way to do it. I would love for my brother Reed to be there and a few other friends I am not really sure who all would go. It would just be a good group of people that would all get along well.

Name one out of sport company you'd like to be hooked up with? I have always thought it would be sweet to ride for Nerf. They make all those sweet guns that shoot the foam darts. Man those things are sweet. but Other then that maybe like Mac, Nextel, Delta you know things that I use a lot.
Sponsors/paychecks? Yes I like both of those very much.
Goal for the 2007 season? My goal is always to have a good time and to enjoy myself out there on the water. But I would really like to win a Pro Tour event this year. I have been working pretty hard this winter and I am feeling pretty good so we will see. I would also like to have a stand out movie part. I am filming with Sean Kilgus for his new film and I will be working pretty hard on that.
What's the story behind your first invert? My First invert was a Tantrum. I was 12 when I learned it. I remember being really scared to try it but once I tried one it was easy I landed in 6 trys and then I was so excited that I wiped in to the dock where my dad was watching and ran right in to it because I was looking at him and I broke my board on the dock when i hit it.
Drink of choice? Water, LOST Energy
Favorite rider to watch from the boat? There are a lot of riders that I really enjoy watching but I am always stunned when I watch Keith Lyman. He goes so big and rides so smooth it’s hard not to be impressed. Parks as well he has more board control then any other rider.....period
Current set up? I am riding the CWB Marius 140 with the Limited Zues bindings. Behind my Supra 24 SSV.

When did you know you were going to make wakeboarding your career? I never really did. It’s not like I woke up and was like here we go it just kind of happened through time. I loved it from the first time I put on a wakeboard. I picked it up really fast so I just kept going with it and then I got to the point where it wasn’t something I was doing anymore it was something that I was breathing, eating, sleeping and just living in. So for me it is a lifestyle that I am blessed to be able to live and I am very grateful to have the ability to be able to wakeboard for a living.
Pre-ride song? Lately I have been listening to a lot of country but I cant listen to it in the boat (Ben Greenwood does not like country) So I guess that doesn’t work as an answer... I like all kinds of music!
What’s your business card say? I don’t have a business card. I think that this is a great time to bring it up though...Hey Marc since you will read this first can you ask Robert if I can have some business cards its pretty embarrassing being the only kid on the tour with out one... thanks buddy!!!!
What are your feelings on the current state of the wakeboarding, where it’s come from and where it’s heading? I love wakeboarding and I think that wakeboarding is headed in the right direction. People are beginning to step up and do things that are different and fresh. Like Joey Meddock and Josh Letchworth starting The Standerd. I think that is really good for wakeboarding as a whole. There are new kids coming up and killing it like Jimmy Lariche, Adam Erington, and Kyle Alberts. Then there are guys like Rusty that are making all the riders out there better because you have to be able to keep up with him. Wakeboarding is changing and getting bigger and things are going to be exciting here in the next few years you just watch.
Why do you park in a driveway and drive on the parkway? Why don’t you have to show your membership card to eat the club sandwich?

Why don't they make Root Beer flavored ice cream? Wouldn't it be better than root beer floats? Because they learned there lesson making the root beer flavored jelly bean. It sucked

What is the strangest/best thing you have bought from a vending machine? I got some socks once....wait I got some shoes once too. In Japan I got bowling shoes out of a vending machine.

Favorite Roswell memory? Trying to ride the Waterskiing Chair on the house boat trip 2 years ago... haha That was some funny stuff.. Roswell house boat trips are awesome.
